The staff were helpful with our luggage, even bringing it to our room. The shared bathrooms were clean and not an inconvenience. The single room had amenities like a TV, coffee/tea, aircon, and a great window with a nice view. The hotel upgraded our room at no extra cost, making sure we were comfortable.

I had a great stay in a spacious room with a large ensuite. The hotel is located in the historic area of the city, which adds to its charm. The staff were friendly and helpful with carrying my luggage up the stairs. Plus, the breakfast was included in the rate which was a great value.
All was fine, no major complaints.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, close to major attractions and public transportation. Friendly and accommodating staff, always willing to assist with luggage and provide helpful recommendations. Comfortable and clean rooms with functioning amenities. Adequate breakfast options to start the day.
Noise from the nearby bar and street, especially if staying in rooms facing the front. Shared bathrooms, which may not be ideal for those seeking more private facilities.

The location was excellent, with easy walking distance to all the important sights in the city, including Circular Quay and the Opera House. The room I stayed in was nice and clean, and I especially appreciated the shared bathroom, also very clean. It seemed to be shared with only a few other rooms, so it wasn't crowded at all. The staff were all friendly, and I found the antique and quaint atmosphere of the hotel to be quite charming. The breakfast, served in the rustic pub, was a simple and satisfying start to the day.
All was good.

The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the iconic Opera House and close to restaurants and darling harbour. The staff were helpful and friendly, carrying suitcases upstairs and ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the common bathrooms were well-maintained.
The noise from the live music at the pub on the ground floor could be disruptive, making it difficult to rest peacefully.
